We requested a regular king room with breakfast and it was all set when we got here. This place is conveniently located near restaurants, downtown, and the airport ✨.

Loved the room, bed was comfortable, room was clean, bathroom clean and nice..room was big, decorated very nice..loved the Kuerig coffee pot in room
No rooms for Smokers and really no area designated with seating in private area for smokers, the only area was on a bench out front of hotel; parking lot had multiple pot holes and needed paving, restaurant should have been open more hours; there should be more coffee supplies left in room, there is never enough and I went out to grocery and bought my own...I found the coffee in lobby on last day I was there, no one told me it was available, would have been nice to know this upon check in

We were there for the PGA Championship and the location fit our needs perfectly. That is about the only positive part of this hotel.
When arriving, we were given the keys to our two rooms. The key first did not work but I then noticed the door for my room was not even closed. I presume from age, the door had to be slammed to secure it. The shower hardly worked, with little pressure. The toilet seat was broken. As for the other room, my friend attempted his key upon arrival and it also did not work. We tried over and over and finally had to call the front desk. A manager had to bring up a key and when they tried, it was dead bolted from the inside. Oops, that room was occupied. So, they were given another room. The phone did not work, at all. We told the front desk about calling room to room and they said we had to go through the front desk for that. They would not listen to us when we told them that the one phone did not even have a dial tone. Luckily cell phones make this easier to deal with. Additionally, if staying here for any length, pray you do not get the older section of the hotel. When we checked in and directions were provided, the clerk said, "oh, by the way, there are no elevators in that section." Not a big deal for some but we were staying 6 days and had quite a bit of luggage. Had to carry separately up the stairs and make a few trips. The bar/restaurant area is nice but hopefully, you don't get the same waitress we had the first night. Literally two other people in the lounge and we waited for everything. I was very upset for nearly $200 a night and would have expected a lot more for the money. Stay at a Marriot or Hilton, about the same price and much newer and cleaner...(oh, they probably have an elevator too).

We got great value for our money with a recently remodeled room at the Holiday Inn. The front desk staff was amazing, and the location was convenient with an IHOP, gas station, and Starbucks nearby. Plus, the staff went above and beyond for my son's academic state meet, showing genuine kindness to our whole family.
When it came to breakfast choices, there could have been more variety and appeal.

The rooms are affordable and come with new key cards. Plus, they have these huge beds that are super comfy 🛏️. And there are lots of cool features in the rooms. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide range of food options to choose from.
